Framing 

• We attach pressure treated lumber directly to steel ribs (stiffeners) on both the overhead and bulkheads to create a true plane

Sheeting

• We create template patterns out of strips of 1/4" plywood and fit sheeting to create a water tight surface that can be washed down
• The medium is plastic coated ply in conjunction with phenolic resin panels (solid plastic food grade surfaces)

Trim

• We fabricate trim, entry doors and cover panels from solid phenolic resin sheeting (water impervious) 
• We use high-grade stainless steel fasteners and outside corner trim 
• We can start with the bare hull of the ship, secure lumber, sheet, and trim all in house - you end up with a finished product
• There are multiple penetrations through the surface of our work and all have to be fit water tight

General

• We are well versed in all woodworking aspects of ship repair
